Private Class Policy

KACCSA Private Lesson Policy

1. Lesson Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between the student (or parent/guardian) and instructor. Lessons will begin and end at the scheduled time.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

3. No-Show Policy

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

4. Late Arrival

If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If the instructor arrives late, the missed time will be made up or rescheduled.

5. Payment

Payment is required before the lesson or according to the agreed lesson package schedule. All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.

6. Online Learning Environment

Students are encouraged to join lessons from a quiet location with a stable internet connection. Zoom will be used for online lessons unless otherwise specified.

7. Learning Materials & Homework

Learning materials and homework may be provided based on the student's goals, age, and learning needs.

8. Communication

Students and parents are welcome to contact the instructor with brief questions between lessons. Responses are generally provided within 24–48 hours.

9. Instructor Availability

While every effort will be made to maintain a consistent lesson schedule, KACCSA reserves the right to substitute instructors or adjust schedules when necessary.

10. Holiday Closures

Lessons will not be held on major holidays unless otherwise agreed upon by the student and instructor. Any affected lessons may be rescheduled.

11. Recording & Copyright

Lesson materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission. Recording lessons requires prior consent from both the student (or parent/guardian) and instructor.

12. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to participate respectfully and maintain appropriate behavior during lessons. KACCSA reserves the right to discontinue lessons if disruptive or inappropriate behavior continues after notice has been given.
