Refund Policy
For most of our online courses, KACCSA is paying card processing fee for our students. When we issue refund, we will have to deduct the amount of processing fee (2.90% + $0.30 for each transaction)
Processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account when you issue full or partial refunds to your customers.
Korean language classes
Refund, minus the $20 non-refundable one-time registration fee, will be offered based on the following schedule.
Prior to the first week of class, 100% refund.
During the first week of classes, 60% refund.
During the second week of classes, 30% refund.
During and after the third week of classes, no refund, appeals may be made due to unavoidable or extenuating circumstances. Refunds may take 7-14 days to process. Refunds are processed according to the method of payment received by KACCSA. Payments made by cash/check will be refunded as a check. Credit card payments are credited back to the credit card that was used for payment.
Youth / Culture Classes
Refund, minus the $20 non-refundable one-time registration fee, will be offered based on the following schedule.

After the first day of school, no refund, appeals may be made due to unavoidable or extenuating circumstances.

Summer camp
Korea
Full refund minus card processing fee will be issued for the cancellation made by June 30th.
No refunds will be issued if canceled from July 1st and after.
