KACCSA offers English and Math for incoming 7th and 8th graders.

It is going to take 2 hours per course.

These courses are focusing on reading, writing, Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1.

English Course Description: This course is designed to spark excitement and appreciation for reading by exposure to a variety of texts ranging from classical to contemporary literature. Students will gain practice identifying literary elements and main ideas, thinking critically of good writing and the purpose of writing as well as the use of language. Students will also practice effective verbal and written communication through group discussions and writing assignments.
